How we work
We start with you, not a moodboard of what's trending. We understand your space, your needs, how you use it, and we help to identify your style preferences. Every material, layout and colour choice has to earn its place, justified by who you are and how you live. And above all: transparency. Real advice, real budgets, you should leave every conversation with us knowing exactly where you stand.
Step 1 — Discovery
We start with a consultation call, followed by a detailed questionnaire about how you actually live — not just what you like, but how you use your space day to day
Step 2 — Design
Depending on the scope, we meet weekly. Before each call, we send a design proposal for you to look over; we then talk it through together, share feedback, and refine.
Step 3 — Delivery(for full-scope projects)
From sourcing to coordinating artisans and contractors, we manage the details through to completion - with regular updates along the way, so you're never left wondering what's happening.
